BuildingLink is an Internet-based system that manages all day-to-day communications,
record-keeping and task tracking between occupants, building staff and property
managers in residential buildings. The program runs on our secure
web servers, so users can access their property’s data and their authorized functions
from anywhere in the world, using only a web browser and their login name and password.
In addition, BuildingLink intelligently and conveniently integrates into its system
a variety of e-mail notification options for critical events, and technology components
for increased productivity (emergency phone message broadcast service, barcode scanners,
signature capture pads, PDAs, Auto-dialers etc. )

BuildingLink provides various tools for posting and retrieving building documents
(i.e. notices, forms, files, or spreadsheets), reserving common spaces, leaving
front desk instructions, notifying of packages or visitors, or sending emergency
email notifications or phone messages to residents. Users can get the information
as they need it, 24 hours a day. In addition, BuildingLink intelligently and conveniently
integrates a variety of automatic e-mail notification options for time-sensitive
events, eliminating the need for sticky-notes on mailboxes or multiple calls to
the front desk or management office. |

BuildingLink allows you to quickly store and retrieve information that helps your
building run better, including resident data (i.e. emergency contacts, pets, parking
spaces, sublet tenant info, verified signatures), apartment data (appliance serial#s,
last painted date) or data about building events (i.e. repairs and scheduled maintenance,
visitors and contractors, received packages, parts and supplies used). The BuildingLink
system provides you with instant access to historical data with a single click.
You will no longer waste valuable time searching for important pieces of information
scattered among various files or cluttered storage places. Useful summary reports
also let you identify emerging trends (i.e. a sudden increase in certain types of
repairs) and make better decisions.

The BuildingLink system automatically keeps track of a wide range of events (i.e.
current and future repairs, pending move-ins and move-outs) and highlights their
current statuses, deadlines and due dates, preventing them from slipping through
the cracks. Notifications of new tasks or changes to existing tasks are automatically
sent out via email to both building staff and residents, as well as to outside vendors
where desired. Building staff can also post progress notes and charges, and create
a transparent and fully documented record of actions taken.

BuildingLink's optional features allow residents to see or post notices regarding
items wanted, services offered, hobbies to share etc. via the moderated Postings
area, and to take advantage of special offers from neighborhood vendors. The Concierge/Services
module also allows your building or selected outside vendors to integrate directly
with residents to handle their requests for services such as housecleaning, dog-walking
etc. |

BuildingLink allows you to pick your own domain name (web address) that reflects
your building's own style, and to have your own building-specific Customized Website
home page, including one or more building photos, local weather, and management
logo and information. In addition, over 200 customizable settings allow you to shape
the site in a way that reflects how your building functions.
