BuildingLink.com is the online “gatekeeper” for over 1,000 of the finest luxury residential co-op, condo and rental buildings, their entire staff, and their many thousands of residents (over 120,000 households in Manhattan alone!)

Some of the BuildingLink serviced residents in your area specifically asked us to invite you as a potential partner in our BuildingLink Advantage program, so we’ve decided to do just that—give you contact with our exclusive online user clientele. For a 2 year enrollment there is a nominal $99 fee to cover our administrative costs.

What will becoming an Advantage partner empower you to do?

Our users are the finest consumers and clients a business could want, but until now there was no way for your business to reach them directly online. Through our newly launched ‘BuildingLink Advantage program’, you can partner with us to reach our continuously expanding community of upscale clients.

How does it work?

You can create an offer for a specific building or buildings, a particular neighborhood, a whole city, or across the entire 22 states that we service. Perhaps most importantly You can change your promotions when and how you wish! (Subject to editorial review and in keeping with the “PG-13” nature of our buildings’ management policies). Once approved, your offer will appear in the “Services and Offers” section of our residents’ web portal

Some examples of special offers can include, but are not limited to:

  • “x” % off on a product or service (i.e. dry-cleaning, food purchase, liquor, gym, etc.)
  • Free appetizer, drink or dessert with dinner purchase
  • “First-time only” offers for car services, beauty salons, cleaning services, flowers, etc.
  • Introductory initiation fee, and/or membership rate reductions, for health clubs
  • Special promotions for new stores or restaurant openings
  • Promotional codes for online orders
  • Non-financial offers (“Meet the Chef”, “Private Access”, “Behind the Scenes” tours, etc.)
