We've rolled out a lot of the industry's firsts: resident package displays, emergency broadcasts, mobile applications, and more, and continue to provide property managers the "like magic" solutions that they need for their everyday problems.

The Early Days

BuildingLink was founded in 1999 with the simple idea that property management could be streamlined, and the lives of property managers and their residents could be made easier.


It was a revolutionary concept, asking our early clients to use brand new software—and pay for it too! Thanks to our earliest adopters in New York and Boston, we were able to get off the ground.

Despite our growth and tireless innovation, we remain the family owned and run company that we were back in 1999. We haven't lost sight of our core goal: making the lives of property managers easier by providing state-of-the-art solutions to their everyday problems.
